By booking a stay or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions:

• All booking inquiries submitted through the website are subject to availability and formal confirmation from our team.
• A booking request is not confirmed until we have reviewed availability and sent you a written booking confirmation (via email, WhatsApp, or phone call).
• Rates listed on the website are baseline guide prices and are subject to change based on seasonality and group size.

To help us prepare the rooms and preserve quality standards for all guests, please adhere to our timing guidelines:

• Standard Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and must be requested and approved in advance.

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:

• Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund of deposit fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.
• No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, guests are expected to treat the property, local staff, and other guests with respect:

• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Illegal substances, loud disturbances, and damage to the homestay facilities are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the stay of any guest whose conduct violates these guidelines or poses safety risks.

Please note that guest safety and security is our priority, but we operate under standard homestay liability rules:

• Sea Shells is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items or valuables during your stay. Please keep your personal belongings secure.
• Guests are liable for any physical damage caused to the homestay property, structure, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date of the last revision will be posted at the top of this document. Continued use of this website or completion of a stay constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
